Meet Vilmary

I am a woman who decided to be free of mental strongholds, cut off generational curses and heal wounds caused by childhood traumas. But it was not an easy task, since along the way, I had to learn to let go, forgive, acknowledge that I needed to heal and learn to depend on God, living with an unwavering faith. During my healing and transformation process, God instructs me to help and encourage other women to reestablish their original design of identity and essence. I am passionate about giving what I have received by grace to help others be freed from their captivity, healed from trauma and restored to their original design. Become transformed by the power of Jesus into women of faith to fulfill their life purpose, thus fulfilling the mandate from God.

I gave my life to Christ at the age of 10 in Cleveland, OH, where my growth and formation began. Throughout my life, like many women, I have overcome great challenges. One of those challenges was an autoimmune disease I was diagnosed with in 2006, which affected many areas of my body, including motherhood. As a woman of faith, I believed in Jehovah Rapha for my healing and from that moment on, I began to take care of my health, changing my nutrition and lifestyle. After undergoing several medical treatments to get pregnant, they all failed; in 2009, God touched my body and gave me my first miracle baby, and two years later, in 2011, I received my second miracle; during my second pregnancy, I experienced depression for the second time in my life. Due to this health process, I dedicated myself to studying nutrition years later to combat this disease, and I became a certified nutrition and health coach in 2018. During these years, in addition to working secularly, making videos and reflections, working in my local church and being a wife and mother, I worked in my nutrition, and I also did individual coaching where I helped people transform their health and physique with personalized nutritional plans, mentoring and support. While I was dedicated to helping other people with their health, my health was under attack, so I also focused on researching how to help my own body and health fight this disease through organic nutrition. In addition to experiencing this complex health process, I was also attacked very strongly in my spiritual life, so much so that I decided in 2020 to put everything on pause regarding nutrition and coaching to focus on my relationship with God, internal and physical health and dedicate more time to my family.

After a long process, in 2022, God spoke to me about a podcast and 7 minutes a day devotional, instructing me that the time to launch it was now. That is when Emunah Woman was born and established in November 2022. That same year, God gave me prophetic word and direction to write my first book. I launch myself as the author of my first book, "The Metamorphosis," by faith, inviting you to participate in inner healing free of traumas and damaged cycles. Today, I can testify that God healed my heart, soul and body, thus being a living testimony that Jesus Christ continues to free the captives, heal the sick and restore broken hearts, willing to stop being them to reflect Jesus in them.

Working on the great commission from God to bring deliverance, healing and restoration to lives using all means available at this time. Using a digital platform as a faith tool to reach women around the world by providing these resources and tools to help them make drastic positive changes where they are free from the bondage of a captive mind, receive inner healing from past traumas, and prepare to grow and develop your life purpose.

My passion lies in using my own personal experiences, knowledge and influence to guide women who may feel trapped or restricted in rediscovering who they truly are in Christ.
